Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026 · dynastyai.online

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Dynasty AI (“Dynasty AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit dynastyai.online, use our applications, purchase access, or contact support. We provide technical analysis software; we are not a bank, exchange, or custodian. Paid access is processed by our payment partner NOWPayments (cryptocurrency checkout).

2. Scope

This policy applies to personal information processed in connection with our Services. It does not govern third-party websites, exchanges, or wallets that we link to; those services have their own policies.

3. Information we collect

3.1 You provide directly

  • Account identifiers (e.g. email address).
  • Billing-related contact details and transaction references.
  • Support messages and attachments you send us.
  • Optional profile or onboarding inputs you choose to submit.

3.2 Collected automatically

  • Device, browser, and approximate location derived from IP.
  • Usage interaction data, timestamps, and diagnostic events needed to secure and improve the Services.
  • Behavioral interaction data used to generate decision-support outputs and experience quality signals.
  • Cookies and similar technologies where we use them (see Section 6).

3.3 Optional domain-specific data

  • Optional trading data when you connect supported integrations.
  • Optional birth data if you provide it for Trader DNA and related analysis experiences.

3.4 Payments via NOWPayments (crypto)

Checkout is handled by NOWPayments, a third-party crypto payment processor. We do not store your wallet private keys, seed phrases, or other secrets that control funds on your devices or wallets. We do not custody cryptocurrency for you on Dynasty AI servers.

We may receive limited records needed to fulfill your order—such as payment status, order reference, amounts, currency identifiers, and timestamps—as transmitted by NOWPayments or reflected in our application logs. Technical identifiers linked to a successful payment may be used for fraud prevention, accounting, and support.

4. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services.
  • Authenticate users, process payments, and fulfill orders.
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
  • Communicate about your account, service changes, and (where permitted) product updates.
  • Analyze aggregated or de-identified usage to improve features and reliability.
  • The system may use anonymized usage data to improve model performance and system quality.

5. Legal bases (where applicable)

If the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on one or more of: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (such as security and product improvement, balanced against your rights), consent where required, and legal obligation.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, or pixels for session management, preferences, analytics, and fraud prevention. You can control cookies through browser settings; disabling certain cookies may limit functionality.

7. Sharing and subprocessors

We share information with vendors who process it on our instructions—such as cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics, support tooling, and NOWPayments for cryptocurrency payments. We require appropriate safeguards where feasible. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or asset sale subject to confidentiality obligations.

8. International transfers

We may process data in countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards to legitimize transfers.

9. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data category; backup copies may persist for a limited time after deletion.

10. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. No online service is completely secure; you should use strong passwords and protect your devices.

11. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, or to data portability. You may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. To exercise rights, contact contact@dynastyai.online. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where applicable.

12. Children

The Services are not directed to children under the age where parental consent is required in their jurisdiction. If you believe we have collected a child’s information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Where changes are material, we may provide additional notice.
