Refund & cancellation

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid access to Dynasty AI software and related digital products sold through dynastyai.online. It works alongside mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction, where those rights cannot be waived.

Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds may not be granted once the service has been accessed, except where required by law.

2. How you pay — NOWPayments (crypto)

Official checkout. Dynasty AI uses NOWPayments as the primary payment method for paid plans. You complete payment in cryptocurrency according to NOWPayments’ flow, timelines, and network rules.

Dynasty AI does not operate the blockchain networks involved and cannot reverse on-chain transfers once they are confirmed under NOWPayments’ and the network’s rules.

3. Cryptocurrency — finality after “Finished”

Blockchain transactions are, by nature, difficult or impossible to reverse after they reach a settled state on the network. When NOWPayments reports a payment as Finished (or an equivalent terminal success state used in our integration), we treat the transaction as conclusively settled for access and accounting purposes.

No refunds after Finished. Except as stated in Section 4, we do not offer refunds, chargebacks, or reversals once a crypto payment has reached that finished/success state—including change-of-mind, user error (wrong asset, wrong network, wrong address), or volatility in asset prices.

If you are unsure about a transaction, resolve it before sending funds or before the payment is finalized on-chain.

4. Exceptions — technical failure on our side

We may correct access or, where technically and commercially reasonable, arrange a remedy only if we verify a technical error attributable to Dynasty AI or our integration (for example: payment correctly marked Finished by NOWPayments but our systems failed to grant access, or a clear duplicate charge for the same order caused by our configuration).

Contact contact@dynastyai.online with your account email, order reference, and any IDs from NOWPayments. We may require reasonable evidence. Remedies may include access restoration or a refund path coordinated through NOWPayments where still possible—never guaranteed and never a precedent for other cases.

5. One-time digital products

One-time unlocks are delivered electronically after successful settlement. Given crypto finality (Section 3), purchases are generally non-refundable after Finished, except under Section 4.

6. Subscriptions

Where recurring billing applies, cancellation stops future renewals; you typically retain access through the end of the period already paid. Prorated refunds are not offered for crypto-settled periods after Finished, except under Section 4 or where required by law.

7. Disputes and abuse

Contact us before escalating with your wallet provider or exchange. False claims, abuse of support channels, or fraudulent activity may result in account closure without refund.
