1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Dynasty AI websites, applications, APIs, documentation, and paid or trial features (collectively, the “Services”) offered by Dynasty AI in connection with dynastyai.online. By creating an account, clicking to accept, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and able to form a binding contract. You may not use the Services where prohibited by applicable law. We may refuse service or close accounts that appear to violate sanctions, fraud policies, or these Terms.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding passwords and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at contact@dynastyai.online if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. License to the software

Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, Dynasty AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business or personal trading-related purposes. You may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or distribute the Services except as expressly permitted. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Technical Analysis Software — no advisory relationship

The Services display analytics, charts, workflows, and educational or informational outputs. They are tools for technical analysis and self-directed research only. Use of the Services does not create a fiduciary, advisory, or client relationship between you and Dynasty AI. You alone decide whether and how to trade; you are solely responsible for your investment decisions and compliance with laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Dynasty AI is intended for educational and informational purposes related to decision processes and behavioral awareness.

Trader DNA is a behavioral modeling framework designed to describe decision tendencies. It is not a psychological or medical assessment.

5A. Referral Reward Program

Dynasty AI offers a Referral Reward Program that provides commissions based on product usage and subscription activity. Rewards are tied to actual product adoption and are not based solely on recruitment.

Referral rewards are not guaranteed income, depend on genuine platform usage, and do not constitute an investment program. Participation does not require purchasing a higher-tier plan.

6. Fees, billing, and taxes

Fees are as shown at checkout. Listed prices are denominated in USDT and settled in cryptocurrency (default network: Polygon (USDT) via NOWPayments) unless another option is shown at payment time.

Official payments. Dynasty AI uses NOWPayments, an independent crypto payment service, as the primary and official way to pay for paid features. When you pay, you interact with NOWPayments’ infrastructure subject to their terms and privacy policy. Dynasty AI does not receive or store your wallet private keys. Taxes or reporting obligations arising from your use of crypto may apply in your jurisdiction and are your responsibility. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or loss of access to paid features.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers.
• Use automated means to access the Services in a manner that burdens our infrastructure or bypasses rate limits, except as allowed by documented APIs.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe a violation has occurred.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, text, graphics, logos, and branding, are owned by Dynasty AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

9. Third-party services

The Services may link to or integrate third-party data, brokers, or tools. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or services. Your use of third-party offerings is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Trading cryptocurrencies and financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance, backtests, or model output do not guarantee future results.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL DYNASTY AI, ITS AFFILIATES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES IN ANY TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES DURING THAT PERIOD (OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS IF NO FEES APPLIED). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED.

12. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dynasty AI and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Term and termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or legal reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will survive termination.

14. Governing law and disputes

Unless mandatory local law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws designated by Dynasty AI in a future jurisdiction-specific addendum, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that venue for disputes, subject to any right you may have under consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

15. Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice (for example by email or in-product message). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
